Take Over Take 2

Hey Angels! It is Kyla, Angels daughter, here to do my second takeover! Last time I did my self care haul. This time I am sharing my opinion on something TikTok showed me. Here is how it went down:

I was sitting on my bed scrolling on TikTok and this girl came on my for you page. She was absolutely freaking out so I’m thinking what’s wrong with her. I keep watching her video and she is hyping up the L’oreal Infallible 24 hour Fresh Wear powder foundation. I quickly ran to my mom because I couldn’t believe the full coverage and how great it’s applied. We watched the TikToks other people made and I was sold on it. I quickly searched it up on Ulta only to see that they were sold out. I looked at Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS and they were all sold out. I then went to look at my favorite place on Earth, Target. All of the stores were sold out except for one. So I placed my order for pick up and the next afternoon my dad and I were on our way to a Target 25 minutes away for this foundation.

Not only did I get the powder, I got the liquid foundation as well. So, which one do I like better? Both! If it’s my everyday natural makeup that I prefer, it’s the powder. If I am going glam I prefer the liquid.

I got the powder in the shade 140 Golden Beige. I love the way it looks on my skin. I have tried countless foundations and this is the first powder I have used that really gave that full coverage look without looking like it. It covered my lighter freckles and didn’t cake up. The powder comes with an application sponge however I felt like it absorbed the product more than it helped apply the foundation to my face. I switched to a foundation brush and that is the method I like best for application.

I got the liquid in the shade 450 Rose Beige. It is not a perfect match to the powder and is a tad lighter but it still looks amazing. I love the way it melted into my skin. The method I like to apply this is a beauty blender. I use Real Techniques and it just made it go on easier. I can definitely see why people are buying this up. My makeup stays all day, even when wearing a mask or working out. An added bonus is that it makes you look great on zoom calls!
